"I ordered 3 medium Shamrock shakes from the drive-thru of this McDonald's. On the way home we noticed that they were in small cups. We were not offered a receipt but I checked and we were charged for medium shakes. I tried calling the restaurant 4 different times but did not get through. Why have a business phone that no one answers or has a voicemail set up for it?"
"I ordered food on the app in the parking lot of McDonald's. I was in line for 37 minutes before I got my food and I wasn't upset about the wait because it is what it is however I got very angry when I drove away from the pickup window and out the parking lot and went to grab some fries and they were cold limp and oversalted. My chicken nuggets were cold and rubbery and the cheeseburgers were cold. When someone has to wait 37 minutes in line at a fast food restaurant to get food that food should be hot and very fresh. Very disappointed!"
"I told the guy at the window i had ordered a diet coke. He asked me 3 different times. We had went thru drive thru. I ended up with Dr pepper. We ordered a large fry only filled half full. Really not a good experience."
