"I’ve been going to Captain Ds for a couple years annually. This year it was really bad and I’m never coming back probably. I walk in and the employee didn’t even greet me and he just said “What you want” I was looking for the meal deals and I asked him for the meal deal and I asked if I wanted the $40 one or the 19 one I already told him the 19 one. Crab cakes were mushy and not well made."

"Haven’t had Captain D’s in years and was excited to stop in. The food was great, but the restaurant was absolutely FILTHY! The bathroom and dining area was disgusting. The guy working the counter was nice, yet the girl working the window with pink hair and goth makeup was absolutely rude as hell. Girl definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Other customers were even talking about her while eating"

"The temperature in seating area was 53 degrees. I personally looked at thermostat on the wall. Employees stated heat has been broken for days. Food cooled down quicker than we could eat it. I believe they also changed to a cheaper breaded fish. Inside eating should have been closed."

"If I could rate with negative stars I would. Food was horrible. Employees were amazing dealing with no heat inside the store, they smiled thru the cold. The owner should be ashamed of making them and the customers eat in the freezing store. Quality of food was bad. Rather pay a little more to have heat and normal sized pieces of fish."

"This food is trifling I ordered breaded okra. There’s no breading on the okra in the okra, not even cooked. It felt like he was eaten the prickly things off of cactus. The shrimp is undercooked the fish, taste old the fries were cold."
