"4 am delivery and finally unload the truck that was in the door they assigned me at 6 30. It is getting terrible at the shipping and receiving places. They don't care how long you sit."

"Pathetic excuses for human beings work here. 4am appointment, arrived at 3:30, assigned a door by the guard. Get to the back; there's a truck in said door with his curtains pulled (he's not moving soon!) Check in with the office and the idiot tells me they aren't done unloading him yet that I need to be patient! Also told me that they can't reassign me to one of the umpteen open doors because only the dock manager has the power to do that! Finally the guy moves out of the door at 6am, two hours after my appointment time. Then they finally unloaded me at 8am, four hours after my appointment! Didn't get the call to get the paperwork until 8:30am. If all us drivers just stop shopping at Walmart, they will have to reassess their business practices."

"One thing I learned over the years is not to deliver certain produce to Walmart but I also noticed that some DCs lIke this one will purposely reject your load or say things like we got some banana trucks coming. I don't want to deal with them. "Turn them away if they come after" a certain time. Yes I've witnessed these all at this Walmart. Also, they'll take your paperwork at or before the appointment a the window. Then turn it in 20 after making you ineligible for detention . Costco unloading process got Walmart as a whole beat by 10 miles"

"Wonderful people that work inside. I had an emergency and I was way ahead. I showed them a prove my emergency and they were able to take care of me. From security team outside to the management team inside to the dock workers thank you very much."
