"My most recent experience with Robert Kelly was exhilarating and perfect. It was a particularly busy day for him because he was the only one manning the office that day. It was as if other customers and I planned to overwork him--perhaps punish him, I don't know what for-- that day, because his phone was ringing almost incessantly that day.
