"The staff and doctor were wonderful. Everything is explained as they go and if something is not covered by insurance, they alert you before the test is administered to make sure you still want to do it. The wait time was minimal. The only negative I have is the odd, negative odor that hit my nose as soon as I opened the door. It truly was unpleasant."

"I went to Insight vision .center for and eye exam. I was quoted $179. When I got the bill it was $295. For a simple eye exam. I was told no big deal , the insurance company would pay for it. Grossly over charged. I would advise going somewhere else.."

"I have been a customer here for 2 plus years. I needed to order contacts this morning. I have had to call 5 times to complete an order. Now will need to go on my lunch to give them my debit card. I am on calls for my job and only am allowed to be off the phone 30 mins my entire day which this has exceeded that. Also I need a trial pair of contacts. My order I received had contacts that were dried out when you opened the package. I have never had to call for a pair they will not accommodate. Very frustrating."
