"Terrible, absolutely terrible course! I wish I had gone with one I used in the past. If you don't like to read everything or stare at you computer all day, this is definitely not the course for you!! Other places provide flash cards and study guides to help, this place nothing but reading on the screen.. Oh and videos that don't really correlate any study guide. I have my 20-44 (Personal Lines License) which is about probably 55 to 65% of the General Lines. It has been 5 years but a lot of that knowledge is still there and I am having trouble trying to pass this course! Wasted money and my time!!!"

"While they provided content to help me study for my Florida 2–15, I ran into some nasty surprises that you should know about. First, I completed the coursework within the allotted amount of time, but decided to renew as I was prepping for my exam. When I renewed, I lost credit for much of the work that I had completed and had to do a lot of the coursework again. Also, do not buy their flashcards, as you do not get course credit for paper version. By credit I mean you are required to use the online flashcards as part of the overall credit you receive for the course, so the flashcards that you purchase that come in the paper form are worthless. My experience with their customer service was abysmal . I found them incompetent and as a result, I will have to postpone my exam due to the mistakes that they had made and failed to correct."

"ExamFX is the best online study program I have ever used. It was easy to follow the lessons, learn and retain the knowledge. I was well-prepared for this challenging exam and passed it on the first attempt."

"In looking to renew my resident health/life insurance license, I reviewed (2) different organizations WebCE and ExamFX. I ended up selecting ExamFX because they were cheaper than their competitor. They advertised all of the courses I needed to renew my license on their main website. The access for the course is stated as 1 year. Once I completed 17 of the 24 credits needed, I noticed that the ethics course that was previously mentioned as available was not attached to my library. I reached out to the school via email and was told that the course is not available in the state of California, despite there being no verbiage indicating that the course is available only in select states. Initially when I reached out to them, I wanted to educate them to prevent future issues with future patrons, but their choice not to take any accountability shows me that they are intentionally misrepresenting their service and have no plans to correct the issue. I received the runaround through email and phone. I was told that I would need to call their office, when I asked to have someone call me to discuss the email that I sent, and then I was told when I was on the phone that the only way to escalate it was best for me to send the email. I was told that the manager/escalation area was going to side with the persons (Rachel and Lydia) that I had spoken to via email and via phone. From the follow up email I sent I was told that they did not see any reason to escalate the issue; thus denying to do anything about what was happening. It is disgraceful that 1.) I now have to go to multiple schools to obtain my full continuing education credits when I could have done all of the course through WebCE 2.) The representatives that I spoke to both had an oh well attitude despite the inconvenience of me now having to pay 2 companies, 3.) they have no intentions on correcting the issue 4.) They appear to be intentionally misrepresenting that they do not offer a REQUIRED class as a part of the package, 5.) There is a bait and switch atmosphere of which as a consumer you can be deceived and 6.) They expect the consumer to compare line by line each page in their website to ensure all of the courses. I’m disappointed that something that could have been a quick fix of adding additional verbiage to state something like “Ethics courses not available in all states,” or offering to correct the issue was not done. The company chooses not to indicate this information to give people the opportunity to choose whether they are okay with it or not. Not surprisingly-the ethics course is the only course not available in comparing their main page to the library; which I was told is because they have not been authorized to use their ethics training California. It makes me wonder if their other courses are regulated/applicable."

"ExamFX was extremely helpful in teaching the necessary material and providing real-world examples to solidify our retention. The most helpful aspect for me was the difference between the practice exam and the focused exam - in which the questions were not the same nor were they worded the same, but they tested over the same important material. Just like the website promised, I passed the state exam first try thanks to the help of ExamFX. Couldn’t recommend it more if you are someone who studies better on your own with guided material!"
