"This Town Center store is closed. Unfortunately it still is avaliable as an option online. Also when you call their phone number they actually acknowledge a Town Center location. Yet you can not talk to a real person as they direct you to ask questions online. It is Christmas, and I do not even time for this review. Thanks a lot Kansas Sampker for making my Christmas shopping even more stressful"

"On 12/15/23 at around 5:45pm, I had about $150 worth of merchandise to buy, went up to the register and saw that they had cute vinyl stickers at the front on a ROTATING stand. My sister, boyfriend and I were all looking at the stickers. When we rotated it, some stuff that was on the counter next to it fell off. The worker at the front desk went to pick it up and we apologized. She then started to ridicule us for “breaking” stuff from utilizing the rotating stand that they had for their customers to use and said if we needed anything she would get it herself for us. I stated to the worker, “isn't the purpose to utilize the rotating stand for customers to look at everything themselves”. And she stated back “you are breaking stuff”. Horrible customer service. — We put back all of our merchandise and left. I’m a huge rally house fan and always have been. But this experience rubbed three different customers the wrong way. I have never been treated as if I was a child by workers from this location. —Really disappointing that you lost a sale due to poor customer service and a worker with a poor attitude. Only positive note is a young African American gentleman helped us find exactly what we needed in a very timely kind manner. Unfortunately, your young lady working at the register caused you to lose a sale with her poor attitude and blaming customers for “breaking” items. (Nothing was broken by the way)."

"The store was a mess when I visited yesterday 10/17/23. It was totally disorganized and it was completely daunting to search for items by size or style. The sweet employee did her best to help, but it was futile. The manager and or owner desperately needs to spend a night or two with all the employees getting that plays back into shape."

"I was able to find this Kansas City license plate that I’ve desperately wanted for quite a while. There’s also a great variety of Kansas and Kansas City merchandise to choose from. I’m glad to see a lot of the teams represented here (i.e. KU, K-State, Mizzou, Chiefs and Royals). However, I think it would be nice to see some of the other regional teams represented here as well (i.e. Emporia State, Wichita State) as they are at the Oak Park store. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Scott because I’ve actually met him at my place of work and he remembered me! He was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I would also like to give a HUGE thank you to Michelle because she too was VERY friendly and helped me find a Rally House Kansas City shirt (which the employees wear). I tried it on and I LOVED it so much and I thought it was an EXCELLENT deal!"
