"My fiancée has had problems for the past few weeks With the furnace that is not putting out heat which is unacceptable this time of the year. Her apartment is all of a sudden infested with bugs and management has done nothing. It’s been two weeks and the staff has ignored her request for This problem to be resolved. It’s unfortunate that she Is subject to live in such sub-standard conditions while management Is unprofessional, rude and maintenance is practically non-existent. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. McCormack Baron Management threats US Differently! NO STAR!!! YOU CAN'T POST NO STAR OR YOU CANT POST!"

"Worst move ever I noticed roaches the night I moved in and a couple of days later, I started seeing mice. I had to catch and clean at least 6 mice in one year, every time we caught one another showed up. The neighbor's are careless and dirty they always had food and trash in the stairwells. I will not be moving back so DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I would put a negative star, but Google is too nice."

"Lived here for a year with my boyfriend and we regretted almost every second of it. Originally it was ok, it was a cheap option, but I'd recommend dishing out an extra $100 a month for FAR better management and living space. Constant maintenance issues. Loud and inconsiderate neighbors. It wasnt even safe to be outside, especially during night. That's not the property managements fault but is something to consider. We had even spotted black mold that they claimed to be the paint chipping. We left soon after that. Then when it came to getting our security deposit back(we scrubbed the whole damn thing and didn't leave any damage) it took over 3 months to get in touch with someone who would actually take care of it. Comparing old management to new management, while the old was usually unable to get stuff done they were very nice and understanding. The new people seem very rude and annoyed with their job. I do not recommend living here unless you dont care about your living quarters and even your health."
