"WOW!! I can not say enough about Richie and his team they went over and above to make this happen for my husband and I!! I started out with another Lender and well it fell apart when I started asking them questions about their BBB reviews they flaked out on me and never returned any of my phone calls. I was in a situation where I needed a cash out refinance ASAP or file BK and I did not want to do the BK. I filled out the questions on line and the phone rang immediately the gentlemen on the phone told me I would receive a call first thing Monday at 9am.
