"Purchasing my home using LoanDepot was a pretty terrible experience. Caused me and the sellers alot of problems with multiple inaccurate disclosures and just really poor customer service. Now LoanDepot has shut off their online account and payment system because they got hacked. Awful."

"Worst customer service ever.. Lies Lies Lies. Had my payment on autopay from my bank and they sold the loan to another division of Loan depot ... never got notice. They sent my payment back and they would not correct my credit. DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE BY 100 POINTS....Do you know how long it takes to bring your credit back up 100 points ? They absolutely would not help my correct my credit AND THEY HAD THE PAYMENT (ON TIME ) AND DIDN'T FORWARD TO THEIR OTHER DIVISION OF LOAN DEPOT. JUST GROSS"

"Do NOT do business with these thieves. Save time and lots of your hard earned money and go some where else. These people will do nothing but nickel and dime (hundreds of dollars) you to death. They just added another 100 on my bill doesn't explain what it's for. It's not late fees either. This company is a joke you can never get to the right person. It's hell!! Look some where else."

"WORST COMPANY EVER !! Wanted to information on HELOC, spoke with Enrique Cotto, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then it went south they called me every day, all day, 19 times per day one day. Being that they call during normal business hours, I wasn't always able to answer the phone, the couple times that I did I was polite and told that that Enrique and I were not able to come up with a solution that would benefit my situation at that time and that he and I would stay in contact for future if there was a need. They kept calling finally I asked them to remove my number from their system so that the calls would stop. Nope they continued. Today I was in a position to answer their call and again polite and this A>> hat on the other end of phone named Michael starts raising his voice and asking me why I didn't want to work with Enrique Cotto in closing my loan that he worked for me, I told him that I had another offer from another source, and he kept getting louder and louder and finally I said the real question here is why are you calling me, I don't to refinance my home. Stop calling me. At this point this jerk was really yelling and said a few choice words and hung up on me. I reached out to my attorney to speak to him about filing a harassment case if it continues. GO SOME PLACE ELSE"

"This is an ABUSIVE company with a horrible model. I know that I submitted my information to receive information from multiple parties about rates, however what I was not expecting was a bombardment of phone calls, texts and emails. I have received close to 20 calls a day from different entities identifying themselves as contacting me due to my information received from Loandepot. This has been consistent for 4 days. They start at horrible hours in the morning and continue later into the evening. I used them several years ago and had a great experience, now it seems they have gone the wrong way. Will be going to a local bank to see what they can do as I am to frustrated with this."
