"I loved my experience at this location! I got a car loan with Henry and Leah and they were a huge help. They got me approved and with funds in less than a day. Very much appreciated!"
"BEWARE. I had a great experience with my home loan with Will Ritter, so I decided to keep my checking account that I used to complete that transaction open with Equity, even though I didn't use it. Then I was charged several fees one month that totaled $60. They said they sent me a letter letting me know this account was not free anymore, so they wouldn't refund my charges. So I closed my account with them. I feel screwed over and victimized."
"The staff here are wonderful...especially Chris! We were having problems with our account yesterday, I called and Chris was able to help me resolve the issue promptly. "The local branch in Overland Park is pretty good. They have 1 teller that has been there a while that is pretty slow. Their internet access to account information is absolutely horrid. Their website is down frequently. I would be embarrassed if I was responsible for decisions about their website. Their web hosting company should of been fired a long time ago."
