Then I was charged several fees one month that totaled $60. They said they sent me a letter letting me know this account was not free anymore, so they wouldn't refund my charges. So I closed my account with them. I feel screwed over and victimized."

Their website is down frequently. I would be embarrassed if I was responsible for decisions about their website. Their web hosting company should of been fired a long time ago."
