"I have been a resident at 6 North for one year. Management & staff are professional & friendly. The building is clean & aesthetically pleasing. I ❤️ LOVE my apartment, it suits my every needs, huge beautiful windows that adds to my peace & comfort. The maintenance man, David is truly one of a kind. I am so happy to call 6 North my home!"

"We were interested in living here and set up an appointment for a tour. We received multiple reminders of our appointment for 1:30 today. When we arrived, we were “greeted” by Carolyn, who could not have been more rude to us. She looked at us like we were intruding and then told us she didn’t know we were coming. No apologies for us having made the trip all the way over there. I don’t think she could get us out soon enough. If she had just been kind and apologized for the miscommunications, all would be good. But looking at us like we were at fault is not how customer service should be done. I hope living there is more pleasant than the process of trying to see the place."

"We spent a very happy year here! Our ground-floor unit was very spacious with 13-foot high ceilings and a full laundry room and private patio. Carolyn (property manager) was an absolute gem and helped block spaces for our moving truck when we moved in, and was great about making sure packages found their way to us. We loved all of our neighbors - the building has a great community of folks who've lived there for a while and get together for various community events. The location can't be beat - we loved being so close to Retreat, The Scottish Arms, etc. Carolyn and everyone were so attentive and wonderful, and we could not recommend 6 North highly enough."

"It's a nice place washer/dryer in the unit. Nice staff Great location 2blocks from grocery, I used to walk there However when I first moved in someone entered my apartment and stole a bag of green. I changed the locks no issue Someone was robbed outside around Christmas unloading gifts from their car so it's better to go inside the gated parking area and unload. Sturdy floors no noise from upstairs The office is very organized and cozy It's really no complaints I moved because of finances"

"Unauthorized entry into apartment by maintenance personnel and nothing done about it. Eventually had to move since Management did absolutely nothing after sending a 10 page letter. Well just as I suspected the property managers have decided to deny any reported issues which is unfortunate. Numerous phone calls and certified letters sent to Baron McCormick and 6North yet they "claim" no issues were reported! I was a tenant from 2008 to 2018 and the issues started when I begin working in the office and no longer at home. Well anyone choosing to move to this property just beware and I can only hope you don't have the same experience as I. I must also add it's interesting that the words "sad and confused" were used."
