"I do not currently live at 275 but I have had a couple of tours. It's less than a mile from ALDIS and Straubs, KFC and some other restaurants. The highlight was my tour with Jasmine. She is super nice. If I don't move there, it's because the rent is over my budget. That being said, it does seem to be reasonably priced for the market."
"Since May 2023 we have not had problems. We turn in work orders, and they are done within a week at the most. Prince has always been top-notch. The staff that works in the lobby has been great. The new coffee shop is great. A workout area is available less than a block away. The pool is good. The laundry situation COULD be better, but they allow portable units to clean clothes if requested. We have not had to do that. We can only speak about what we know. (Congress Building)"
"WAY OVERPRICED FOR A PLACE HARDLY LIVABLE. READ THIS READ THIS READ THIS. Roach infestation and so many ignored maintenance requests that were marked "completed". Constant, and I mean CONSTANT, construction and renovation sounds, yet little to no progress ever made. Elevators are always breaking down, the water is always going out, the laundry facilities are always out of service, the HVAC never works properly, and the building is never properly secured. The app to unlock the building doors are always having issues, leading to doors being propped open. I wouldn't mind if this was a safer community, but this is the WORST place to have that happening! No amenities, no workout room, no club room, no courtyard, EVERYTHING but the pool has been closed down for maintenance for over a year. WE ARE OVERPAYING. WHY AM I PAYING FOR ALL YOUR PROBLEMS THAT YOU WON'T EVEN FIX???? STOP IT WITH THE $100 LATE FEE IMMEDIATELY THE DAY AFTER. How are you so on top of that, but can so easily go WEEKS without even replying to a SIMPLE MAINTENANCE REQUEST??? The only acknowledgement is an UNRESOLVED ISSUE FALSELY MARKED AS RESOLVED."
"I have visited before and Mrs. Jasmine gave us a thorough tour. She has answered all my questions and remained patient. She brings a lively and friendly attitude. Definitely helpful and offers certainty. I definitely enjoy the apartment area."
"This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Constant construction led me to have way too many early mornings. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the halls. The building is so old which caused my ceiling to collapse due to water damage on two separate occasions. They tried to fix this by moving me into a new updated unit, but the problem was someone else had already been approved to move into this new unit. I only found out about this when I called the internet people and they said that I couldnt register with that apartment because someone else already had. This led to me having to sign a new lease a day before my move in. no matter how clean you keep your apartment, there will be cockroaches and they will not go away. The base rent may seem like less but they make up their money through various fees that will be more than you think you will pay. I had no access to the gym while I was there due to construction. The laundry room flooded while I was living there and they spent no time trying to repair it. Instead it took them months to find a solution. They decided to put a washing machine truck in the alley. They played it off by saying enjoy the free laundry, but we had to walk a few blocks every time I wanted to laundry. This was acceptable until the winter when all the water froze and I could once again not do laundry for months. The maintenance is slow because they have wayyy too much work to do. The management is also super slow and does not stay in contact with the residents. I was blocked in the garage several times due to unannounced deliveries that caused me to miss class. Not to mention the shootout that happened in the building. Fortunately, I was in class at the time and not nearby, but the lack of communication was absolutely horrible. I found out there had been a shootout in my building from the news and my parents before I had heard from the people who run the building. I am not sure how anyone could justify that experience. I know that the price may look appealing, but it is not worth the distress that living here will cause you. live anywhere else"
