Metro at 70 Apartments

"I viewed the apartment and it was okay better than what I have seen I will be filling out my application this week. Was told I was denied then it was over Road and I was accepted filled out all the paperwork gave my $400 deposit and come to find out 3 weeks later I am denied again and they said they were not going to refund my $400 which I think is totally unfair. Mike my experience with Metro at 70 has been a horrible one. You don't know whether you're coming or going. No one seems to know what is going on in their own organization. Don't believe you're accepted until you get your keys in your hand and there should be some kind of law to protect future (Human beings) tenants from this kind of experience."

"This is not a good place for families who want their kids to grow up in a good area. This place got a bad rap. If you do need to live here don't make it for long. New staff, New management."

"They ripped me off. They made me pay the application fee & then made me a pay holding fee as if I had the apartment & then once they got the holding fee for the apartment they called me back & told me that I didn’t get the apartment because the Andria lied & never contacted me & then once she did she had lied & then got me confused with someone else. After I paid the holding fee for the apartment she told me that there was no refund and that I didn’t get the apartment. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ON even waisting your time with these people."

"I went in for a tour and although everyone seems like nice people they weren’t prepared for my tour time and I didn’t get a code to the front gate so I had to park across the street and then come in , got the code, then went back to my car to drive in. The parking lost is FULL of pot holes. Like a ridiculous amount. You will be playing Mario kart in the parking lot. The apartments have a basement feel because the ceiling is a bit low. It’s not too too bad other than that just a little run down ."
