"Bermuda Heights Apartments has proven to be a management nightmare. Despite leaving the apartment in pristine condition, they unreasonably withheld our deposit without explanation which is huge. The lack of transparency and professionalism from the management team left a sour taste, making this living experience one to avoid at all costs."

"This place is going down hill...I lived in this complex on 2 separate occasions. The first few years I lived here went overall well which is why I moved back but little did I know that the owners were going to sell 6 months into my lease. It is now owned by SMK. The transition was a mess to say the least. The property manager always has a bad attitude when you request anything. A few weeks after the transition I requested maintinance on my tub and the property manager just went off about why I didn't ask for it to be done when the other owners were there. This was April 2022 and was never done even up until I moved out in October 2022. They just kept making excuses. The washers never work. The laundry rooms are filthy. The leasing office is never open. If you risk moving here do not expect to get your security deposit back."

"1. Units are built with cheapest material you can ever find. 2. Buildings are all time filled with smoking smell. 3. The area is not ok. You can always see some using uncontrolled substances. No use even if you report at leasing office. they just say next time it wont happen but that doesn't change. 4. The security cameras are just a show off. they wont work. 5. They cover the drainage leaks with some decorative pieces. 6. Leasing office is always closed. All your packages goes back because its closed. 7. Atleast 1 out of 2 laundry machine does not work. People remove your clothes from it."

"Updating my review as they all really deserve A+ review. I lived for two years as my wife was studying in UMSL which is very closeby. My overall experience really exceeded my expectations. Owners were very understanding and they were ready to listen to our problem and help us out when we wanted to cancel our lease. They made everything very smooth and I have zero complaints..."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! RUN!! you can find a nicer apartment for this amount!! The management here is horrible!! Julian and Joann are the worst property managers I've ever dealt with. Make sure whatever agreement or promise you speak with them about to get it in writing because they will lie and act clueless. They go back on their word all the time. They tried to keep my deposit by acting like I didn't leave a forwarding address. I had to go over them to their realty company and threaten to take them to court to get it. Maintenance here sucks and it takes them forever to fix things and when they finally do come they leave a big mess and don't clean up after themselves. Julian and Joann enter your apartment whenever they please."
