"First of all, My daughter moved there to start school. The rental agent is rude and forgetful. Both in person and by email, my daughter has been yelled at by her. Very unprofessional! Make sure you have everything in an email to support your claim. The apartment wasn't move-in ready when we walked in. It looked like the apartment had been neglected for a long time. It was disgusting! In the manner in which this rental agent treats people, any parent would be outraged. It should receive ZERO STARS!"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is horrible and they clearly don’t care about safety or any other resident concerns. Also, the apartment building definitely has some bug infestation of some sort, and management has yet to address the problem that M U L T I P L E residents have complained about. Seriously do not stay here."
