"Affordable housing that's better than most $700-1000+ apartments in the area. Sandy is amazing and makes paperwork etc a breeze. Zero bugs/spiders in my experience. Maintenance was faster pre-covid. Kids can sometimes be loud in the 2 bedroom half of the complex, but it doesn't bother me."

"People are always loud outside. Arguing, kids screaming late at night, fireworks since June all day every day, loud music etc."

"The quality of your neighbors is very questionable. Many a days and nights you hear vulgarities outside and domestic arguments. The sound insulation between floors is terrible and many people aren't very considerate in the buildings. So expect a considerable amout of noise above your head if not on the top floor. They do regular inspections of your living space. And can be slow to do much needed repairs. But more recently remodeled and nicer than other places that are low income based. There are a few good neighbors and the fact the apartment complex works with your income so that you can afford housing is very helpful."
