"I found at Courtland Manor, a lot of tenants not paying rent or having other Tennant complaints on them want to blame the managers!"

"I lived her for a year and for a first apartment it was a decent experience. I like that every time I had an issue I received a fast response. I traveled a lot so there were times I was gone a month at a time but there were a lot of issues with flooding. I was in the bottom floor so when it rained too hard here comes the flood. One time my carpet was some how wet in my bedroom but I think that was from a different water leak that took weeks to fix. Overall very cute little apartment, brand new dark hard wood floors throughout and brand new carpet in the bedroom. Updated kitchen cabinets and pest control services. Very quiet but if you like to hang out with family/ friends people don’t bug you or make complaints if you get a little loud. I would recommend if flooding issues are resolved. Also didn’t like that Maintenece would just let themselves in without a call or text. I would recommend a camera so you knew when someone has been in or out in case they didn’t give you any warning or note because some of the maintenance men are chatty and a little weird."

"I've lived here for a couple of years now. The management ladies are changing up. But the new lady is an even bigger B than the old lady. Both managers are very unprofessional and outright disrespectful. And when you submit a maintenance concern, if they don't think it is valid or don't want to pay their maintenance staff to address it, they will ignore it. AND/OR tell you, the TENANT, that if you want it fixed, you must pay for it. The owners are obviously huge penny pinchers! The first chance I get to move, I'm out of here."

"Residing here since June 2019’. Have a few disappointments with management every so often. Head female staff of management doesn’t always hold up to agreements made as should and often does not remember matter of concerns brought to her attention needing followed up on. As anyone knows this can be very irritating!!! Respect & Professionalism is a PLUS...a factor regarding any situation that can always be appreciated...not always the case here. Must we all remember Respect given is Respect due and this is something to be mindful in practicing. With all said the best rating is it’s a quiet place to reside."
