Aventura at Maryland Oaks

"My husband and I have truly loved our stay here. This was the perfect place to focus on building our business, before moving into a long term home. However, we stayed five years! The friends we’ve made from residents to staff makes the area feel warm, safe, and homey. The lake out in the front is wonderful for short walks. Creve Coure lake is only 4 minutes away, and I’d go there weekly to get in movement. They also have nice gym setup in the lobby. The YMCA is only 2 minutes, so perfect for the whole family, group fitness classes, lap swimming, and switching up your workouts. I highly recommend!"

"Parking lot is very congested but everything else is awesome. In terms of security in parking lot there will be parking patrol but in terms of space it's congested. If I come late at night I have to park my car way distance from the apartment as there are limited spots and sometimes they give guest passes so there won't be any space not even remotely close to the apartment. On few occasions I did notice cars with no guest pass also parked. Consecutive worst parking experience in rain. I had to park all the way at the starting of the apartments and walk all the way to the end in rain. They should stop giving guest pass or should give dedicated spaces to each building to avoid this kind of mess. Not at all worth staying when your paying this much compared to other apartments near this."

"We've been here almost two years and so far its been a great experience. We had some noisy neighbors above us and the staff here did everything they could to resolve the issue, ultimately getting us into a top floor unit, and making it a seamless transition, which they absolutely didn't have to do. Yes parking is tight and the stickers on the window are annoying sometimes if you forget and have a guest over, but they are very lenient with towing and that's what is most important to me. Better to have to remove a sticker from your window then have to go pick up your car from a tow-lot. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good price that's just outside of town, that values having a supportive and helpful staff (maintenance included), over the parking lot being a little full sometimes."

"I absolutely love this place!! The grounds are kept so beautiful and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The best part is the maintenance crew. They have always responded immediately! In fact last week our AC went out at 11pm, and we called the off hours exchange, and JJ came out and had it fixed by 1AM. It was over 100 degrees that evening, so this was so appreciated! But, that is just how this place operates routinely! Just a great overall experience!"
