"I have lived on this premises for over three years of which it was originally Windsor Townhomes. During the time it was Windsor TwnHomes, they changed management on a rapid pace, the up-keeping of the property was below par, maintenance request and safety concerns was not met. However, The MINT have taken oven for a little over a year now and during this short period of time the management have been working tirelessly to get it up to standard. They have erected permanent fences around the perimeter of the premises that had holes (walk ways to access neighboring community), They have strict measures in managing and maintaining the swimming pool, they erected a new playground and also a new play/potty area for your pets (if you have one). The managers , (Kristen and Jalisa) are very nice. Real recognize real and they are really two real individual. They listened to your concerns and act upon them. They have nothing but good intentions for the complex. They are trying their utmost best to make this place a place that is safe, warm a fun filled for adults and children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to join this community. Give them an opportunity to work with you."
