"Lived here for 2 years, had a good experience. I loved my loft-style apartment here. Maintenance issues were always resolved quickly. When I moved out I cleaned well and got my full security deposit back, which was nice, because many landlords will do their best to find a reason to keep it. Basically my only issue was how early in the morning construction sounds started while the unit next to mine was being renovated (on and off for a few months), but I assume that will become less of a problem as all the units eventually get updated."

"I would definitely recommend these apartments! We have had a few minor maintenance issues, but when we call about them they are always very quick to respond to them and fix our issues, they even ordered us a new dryer when ours was not working correctly! The staff at the front office is always very friendly. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of natural light, making it feel very bright and open. There is plenty of space for all our needs. I see many people commenting about the parking situation, however we have never had any problems with this. We always are able to get a spot fairly close to our apartment. Overall would recommend!"

"I'm starting my 3rd year at Woodchase and I'm constantly impressed with the care they take to maintain this property. First rental I've ever experienced that changes furnace filters and checks for water leaks 2 x per year. Beautifully renovated apartments are a great value in Chesterfield with new appliances, floors, granite and garden tubs. Washer & dryer comes with every apartment. Only downside is lot parking is sometimes a challenge but my unit comes with underground garage parking that assures I always have a space. Highly recommend."

"I have been living at Woodchase for about a year and a half. The staff is great. Maintenance is very quick. I always say that I have no complaints about this place. I have lived at bad complexes and this one is definitely far from that. Yes, parking is scarce on weekends, but there are still spots, it just takes some walking. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are kept up with. The pool and dog park are always clean. I am leaving this review because I saw there was only a 3.7 star rating and that is a pathetic number for how awesome this complex is."
