"Location is good, other stuff not so much. There was a point where the gutters on my townhouse were so full that water would just slide off them and when I called to have them cleaned on a 65 degree day the response I got was "we'll have to wait until it gets warmer." The streetlights have been out for a while and they have not expressed any interest in fixing that. After moving out, I called to inquire about a charge I received and was greeted with a defensive tone even though I was only asking questions and was not being rude. It is clear that management is more concerned with cutting costs and getting as much $$ as possible from their residents then addressing the issues or even addressing their questions. Bad way to run a business."

"I've lived here for more than 5 years now. The style of the units are very nice. The maintenance team is very responsive, which is great because you will always need them. The units are not maintained as efficiently as they should be, so there are always problems with the pipes/plumbing, HVAC, etc. You will also need to keep bug spray on hand as the windows and doors have virtually no seals causing a persisting pest problem. Lastly watch out for snakes."

"I have to agree with Khloe as, there was so much rudeness and the inability to engage in conversation as to what the needs are. I asked general questions and detailed questions to only get responses in a sharp tone as if I was bothering her. Fortunate for me I will not refer my company to this location as I was looking for housing contracts for my travel nurses and I felt that this was a great location to house them as well as myself. Please take note!"

"How rude! I don’t usually leave google reviews but felt like management needed to be aware of the first impression given to potential tenants. I was told “nothing for you” without even asking details of why/what I was looking for. Very rude."

"I was a resident here for 10 years! My experience at Chesterfield Village was Wonderful! Office team Was courteous, knowledge and responsive! Maintenance staff was efficient and always available, even after hours! Snow removal on sidewalks and roads started early or late, as needed for residents safety. Every season was beautiful to view with beautiful flowers, trees and shrubs. I especially enjoyed walking trails and fountains. So much beauty and serenity with cordial neighbors as well. A real "haven" in an otherwise chaotic world! Thank you Chesterfield Village! I miss you all!"
