"I lived here as a child but moved away into a house years later. My childhood was mostly in this apartment. I had no issues until later on when I was older the apartments were filled with roaches, the smell of drugs and random people entering the apartment who weren’t residents of the building."

"This place is awful. The staff is rude, why I don't know. The plumbing is terrible, the maintenance crew seems angry every time they come to your apartment. (Sadly you'll need them alot). No insulation with the patio doors, there is trash all over the parking lots... I could go on.. If you just have to get into a place. Come here. Other wise, I'd look for something better."

"Please be on the look out on their parking lots… I told the office- no communication has been done yet . There are crooks cutting and stealing parts of the vehicle in parking lot. They already cut a $1000+ part underneath my Honda. I feel so unsafe living here!"

"I would like to share MY experience living at this apartment complex. I lived here for over a year and initially I was worried because the apartments were built a while ago but I was impressed with how well they are kept. My unit had fresh paint when I moved in and everything was working. When I called with a minor maintenance issue, the maintenance personnel were prompt at fixing it. Kudos to the maintenance crew. As for the management, I was very happy with how April runs things. She cares about the residents and emails you with whatever information she needs to pass along like boil water orders from the county, or when residents needed to pick up their items left in common places. I was always treated with respect by April and the ladies at the office. I would recommend this place under the leadership of April Lehenbauer because she always respected me and for being prompt in answering my questions when I had them. Last but not least, if you take care of your unit like I did they will return your deposit. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my full refund."

"Absolute worst place you can live . The manager, April, is the rudest person I've ever met . She all but cursed me out when I tried to calmly speak with her. After I moved out, charges were made up about the cleanliness of the apartment, that was spotless when I left it. I even rented equipment to do so. If you ever have the misfortune to live here, make sure you take pictures of every inch of the apartment before you leave. They'll screw you over with anything and everything they can. Do NOT rent here.Take your money where they give a damn about the tenants."
