"Took a tour with the property manager. The inside is ok for 550 - 600 sqft apartment. Washing Machines are in the basement level. There's no central air conditioning, but you get an AC unit. kitchen area is super small. This is very much a starter apartment. I did like the fact that you get a storage unit in the basement that seems like it could hold a few bikes and plenty of boxes. They wanted a total of 1000 with about 750 of that as a deposit because I did not previously rent before. I wen't somewhere better that took me for 250 and I got it back after a month."
