"Jade is absolutely fantastic for a young girl, she looks like she has been in the business forever. When my water was shut off accidentally, she brought me water! Compared to past management she is a breath of fresh air. Pat the maintenance supervisor is new but he has a wealth of experience and really knows what he is doing. Since i am not mechanical he is a great blessing! Plus he is really down to earth. I can talk to him even in my mechanical ignorance and he is very patient. In summary, if all apartment complexes had a team like Jade and Pat the world would be easy to live in!!"

"I've had an incredible experience living at Westglen Village Apartments in Ballwin. The community is not just a place to live, but a true home. The Yoffie family's warm and welcoming atmosphere truly sets this complex apart. From the moment I moved in, Lauren's friendliness made me feel like part of the family. Her genuine care and attention to residents' needs create an amazing sense of belonging, and she informed me of a couple local gems that Ballwin residents have access to which I would likely not have discovered on my own. The apartments are just barely tucked away, far enough from any main roads to be quiet and peaceful but close enough that anything I need is a five-minute drive away. The pool is really nice and gets plenty of shade throughout most of the day so it's a great place to relax or have fun. And I LOVE having a washer and dryer in my unit and don't have to leave to do laundry. The maintenance team, led hands-on by David, the owner, deserves a special mention. His team's helpfulness and promptness in addressing the only maintenance issue I had were excellent. It's a rare find to have a team that not only fixes things properly but does so with a smile and genuine concern for your comfort. Overall, Westglen Village Apartments exude a sense of community and comfort that's hard to match. The Yoffie family's dedication, with David's expertise and his daughter Lauren's friendliness, make this place an oasis. I feel truly at home during my time here and can't recommend it enough to anyone seeking a welcoming and enjoyable living experience."

"We lived in Westglen Village for the past year and loved our neighbors! This is a quiet apartment community in a peaceful residential neighborhood with acres of natural beauty. Lauren, in the leasing office, is super helpful and very kind. David, the owner, is actively present on the property and quickly responded to our requests, whenever we had a question or concern. It was a nice place to live in the midst of my husband’s relocation."
