"My husband rent here for a while. He lived in a “renovated”unit, they just painted the wall and changed the carpet. Add some MINI Size appliance. Seriously, old apartments’s bathroom and kitchen is extremely small. Toilet, Microwave,dishwasher, WD, fridge they all MINI Size! The floor has squeaky sound when you walk, the door and window cannot shut tight, paper thin wall, smelly hallway. Load AC. Go to yelp, there are real reviews about them. They’ll charge you service fee, pest control besides water and trash. Ironically, the bugs are everywhere. The renew rate they give us is crazy, we end up spending LESS money living in a Luxury new apartment in Chesterfield. I’ve been renting for years, more than 6 apartments, never been charged for cleaning fee. Because I have OCD, they still charge us about $300 cleaning fee even I left the apartment better than I moved in. Some of them because the 20 years old toilet has stain! I can’t turn a 20 years old toilet into a new one even with my OCD!"

"Newer resident here. The buildings are older but well cared for. Submitted a maintenance request about the blinds in one window not working properly. Got a call back the next morning and they came right out and replace the faulty blinds. It’s a small issue but quick response and resolution on anything maintenance related is SO nice. Office folks are nice and easy to deal with. Neighborhood feels safe. Great spot"
