"I am a very old lady and I have lived here for two years. my lease is coming up for renewal. I thought I would look around and see if there was something a little better maybe bigger maybe cheaper. After doing some research and looking at a few places, nothing compares to Kensington West the office staff is amazing and Caroyln it really keeps everything in order. If I have a maintenance issue, it’s taken care of in a very timely fashion, and the last time they were here maintenance even offered to carry my trash downstairs which made my day. I highly recommend this as a safe, quiet, enjoyable Living environment."
