"Lived here for almost a year. I like it a lot, perfect for one person because units are only one bed one bath. Probably a little too small for 2 people . Landlord is very friendly and quickly helps resolve matinence issues. I had a problem with bugs when I first moved in and an exterminator quickly came to spray out the area. Other than that I have had no appliance or home issues. Lots of parking spaces too. It’s also very quiet for the most part. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that there is a laundry unit on site, but not in the units. There is also no dishwasher in the unit either. Living on Manchester main road has its pros and cons. There is practically any shopping place, restaurant, or grocery within 5 miles, but the road is so busy that I get stuck at the entrance of the complex trying to make left turns."

"I lived here for about a year and have had no issues. Maintenance has always been quick when ever I needed something done it was finished same day. Apartment manager was always friendly even when I moved out I had a package sent to my old apartment and she was more than helpful for taking my package for me and holding on to it till I go off of work to pick it up. I appreciate her going out of her way to help me."

"Overall, a great studio/one bedroom apartment! Compact living, but good enough for one person (Two people living here is almost too tight). Landlord is courteous and maintenance staff is incredibly friendly. Units are older, so expect some issues to occasionally pop up, but once reported they are promptly addressed. Only issue was fellow residents that were inconsiderate about noise, parking, and upkeep around unit."

"I have loved living here for the past year and a half. landlord is very nice and resolves any issues in a very timely manner. Maintenance staff is also very friendly and responds quick, but it may require a few trips to fix things. The apartments are small but are very private and clean. I never hear any of my neighbors and I love that they are all one floor (no upstairs or downstairs neighbors!) It is peaceful and quiet here and I love it. Cons- living off manchester- It is usually impossible to make a left turn. AC unit is loud and cheap Stove is old and smelly. Pros- very private insulated well. clean / no pest issues no barking dogs (You are allowed one cat) quiet friendly landlord"
