"I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr Gene Nicholas. One of his trucks came and unloaded gravel at my new construction and on the way hit my roof and the siding and damaged it. His office assured me that Mr. Nicholas would contact me but after days of waiting he never contacted me. So I reached out to inquire Whether he would take responsibility for my damages instead I was shocked of his demeanor and a total lack of empathy for my situation. He not only failed to take responsibility but blamed others for the damages that was caused by his driver. Of course I understand that accidents do happen and driver sometimes find blind spots. I was willing to work with him on that. But this post is about the owner, Mr Nicholas who was unethical and unapologetic and I wanted to alert the public that they would not be scammed by him and his type of behavior."

"Worst company I’ve ever experienced. Had a rock crack my windshield on highway, and took photos of the truck and contacted the business. They proceeded to tell me they weren’t an ATM and they weren’t gonna do anything about it. Even after my insurance agent got on the call with me to get more info to file a claim they laughed and hung up. Not the kind of people you want to work with."

"I would encourage anyone thinking about using this to change your mind and look elsewhere. I had one of their drivers back into my yard and leave ruts “because he wasn’t able to turn around anywhere else “ and then threatened to whip my a** when I confronted him about it . I called the company and talked to a nice woman in the office who forwarded my concerns to the owner. After more than a week, I’ve never heard anything about resolving the issue with the driver. In my opinion, the service provided by this company is terrible and they won’t take care of their costumers if they won’t fix problems caused by employees. I’ve already encouraged several of my contractor friends to use another company and in my opinion so should you !!"
