"No chance on getting a person to handle driver complaints either. Speeding is a big issue, especially in neighborhoods where there are children and elderly. Next time, I'm going straight to the police. Maybe an excessive amount of speeding tickets for ALL their drivers will slow them down because it doesn't seem likely if they mow over a person, will they stop."

"It’s getting ridiculous, showing out for delivery for multiple days is unacceptable. I called today and was assured it was out for delivery today but was told it wasn’t loaded yesterday as they stated. We will see,last time I drove 60 miles round trip to pickup after showing out for delivery for 4 days and was never loaded on a truck. I truly wish vendors would give me a option to not use Fed-Ex."

"Nothing shipped by fed ex comes on time. My package shows being out for delivery then back to Lowell 3 times in the past 4 days!! That’s why I use ups or Amazon!"

"Awful. They repeatedly damage packages or lose them all together. Not cheap little, but $4000 pieces of equipment that my husband has to have for his business. This has been a problem for 20 years atleast. Unfortunately he can't choose who he gets his equipment delivered from."
