"I was picking up an order, the employee seemed unconcerned over if it was complete and walked away as if it wasn't their problem. They were empty and it didn't seem they had pressing priorities. I was very dissatisfied with the service the moment the employee disengaged and walked away without helping in assuring the customer minimalisticly recieved all that they paid for."

"Ordered two sandwiches online. Picked them up on time. No one in the restaurant. Got home and both sandwiches were made wrong and weren’t toasted. Didn’t have time to go back and get them remade. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this."

"Ordered on the APP and it charged my card but my order was not received. I spoke to someone who was more than happy to still make my sandwiches for me regarding the APP malfunctioning. (I showed him the charge that was on my card.) Good service overall despite them being busy at the time!!"

"We came at the lunch rush. There weren't a lot of people, but there were a few app orders. The dining room and bathrooms weren't filthy, but they weren't exactly clean. The employees struggled to keep up with the orders, but they shouldn't have been that overwhelmed. We ordered footlongs, but got about as many veggies as the 6-inches going out the door. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it also wasn't my best Subway experience."
