"This review begins with terrible customer service in Orange Beach Alabama and ends with great customer service on Hwy K in Ofallon Mo. While at the beach my phone stopped charging. I went in for help in Orange Beach. All I got was a salesperson who only tried to sell me a new phone. Six times she said I needed a new phone. I also watched her try to upsale an older man a $150 pair of earbuds when all his wife needed was a pair to listen to music on the beach. I came back to Hwy K and thank goodness I talked to Samantha. She used her trusty tool and cleaned out the port. The phone again charged. A coworker of hers asked whether she tried to make a sale. No, she did not that day. What she did was to ensure that both my wife and I will continue to come back to this store when we need new phones. It is nice when someone actually provides good customer service. Thanks Samantha."

"Could not emphasize how impressed I am with Verizon and this store. Labor Day weekend on Sunday my phone breaks, I go online, sign up for Verizon service, pick out a new iPhone and even register to have my phone number imported from AT&T. Was sent a text message within an hour that my phone was ready for pickup, outside the store in the convenient lockers they have. I picked up my phone at 945 am, before the store is even open from the locker and it’s not only already activated, but my phone number had been switched over as well. The entire process started at 815 am on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend and I had the new phone in my hand making calls before 10 am. Outstanding. Customer for life"

"I was assisted by 2 customer service representatives today (both at Hwy K location). One named Degan and the other named Xhermie. I came in to have help with setting up a new phone. I initially was Degan's customer. He dealt with me for 5, maybe 10 minutes, and then walked away to deal with other customers. I told him I was coming in to set up a phone, he turned it on for me, but spent hardly no time assisting me. I then, asked Xhermie, who was working next to Degan. She was a superb customer service representative. She was already working with another customer and assisting him, but after I asked, she helped me set up my phone and walked me through the steps, even though I technically was not her customer. She showed what professionalism is, in that moment. If I could give both reps star ratings, I would give Degan a 1 and Xhermie 5 stars (give her a raise!)."

"Great experience. Nia was so helpful in helping me get my new phone and changing my plan. I would recommend her to anyone. Very personable. I went in during busy hours so I had a 30 minute wait, but besides that everything was perfect. They even moved over all my data for me without any issues."
