"Stopped in at the remodeled location in the Chesterfield Valley. Great look! Picked up some 1st Phorm. As always, the staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The encouragement that I hear them give patrons is an awesome touch! The acknowledgment of hard work put in at the gym may show, but it definitely makes the clientele feel positive about their journeys when they hear, “keep up the hard work,” or “you’re looking ripped/stacked/buff!” Never underestimate the way a person feels about how they look, a nudge of encouragement can go a very long way! The staff at all of the locations I’ve visited, do an excellent job in this respect! Always enjoy stopping in at your locations in the metro StL area!"
