""Negative Experience with Manager at Burlington Store I had an unpleasant encounter with Deanna, a manager at the Burlington store. I found her approach to be quite rude and felt that her behavior carried undertones of discrimination. The issue arose when a candy box, already broken prior to our handling, was mistakenly attributed to my child's actions. Despite our explanation, Deanna insisted that we were responsible for the damage. In my 20 years of shopping at various Burlington locations across NY, CT, MO, IL, TX, and MO, I have never encountered such behavior. Deanna asserted her authority in a manner that I felt was inappropriate and unwarranted in this situation. It's disheartening to experience this, especially when the damage was not caused by us."

She i acting like owner of Burlington and my kid not break item it was previously broken and she targeting us and forcefully let us buy that item. I was okay to buy but she is rudely mentioned your kid broke it i ask check surveillance camera so it will guide but she is so rude and mentioning no pay and get out from store. Will not tolerate this disrespectfully behaviors and racism. Management need to take some action, due to this experience from her my whole family friends not want to buy anything in Burlington store."
