"I was in here Saturday Dec 2nd with my Grandchildren they picked out some things and we were told to go the the checkout by the cosmetic dept. As I was standing there the cashier_clerk said ....what do you want... I said I need to check out I am waiting for the grandchildren to bring up their items for purchase. The lady made some comment and walked away. Left me standing there. I had my coupons and birthday money in my hand the women never came back. She is about in her 60-70"s somewhat blonde hair almost shoulder link black glasses heavy set and rude. After she did not come back I said to the kids come we can buy at another store as we walked away I threw my birthday money and coupons on the floor. That women did not ruin our night we laughed at her. At her age she is still working carrying that heavy body around. She looks miserable and probably is. Nasty"
"My review is not so much re: merchandising, but rather the employees, in general. The associates who work at this particular store are fantastic! So very professional and helpful. Especially AUSTYN and SALVE, who have helped me, multiple times! They are above and beyond! And make it a pleasure to shop there! :)"
"Cute little store that basically has most of the things that a regular Macy’s has, but with a smaller curated selection. I think this kind of store set up is great because not everyone wants to go to the large shopping malls in navigate those huge stores. Perfect for picking up online orders and talking to customer service, in and out quick. I like that the store is actually attractive and organized compared to a lot of those messy full-line stores. My only gripe is the selection of merchandise is limited, but that’s because the store is not exactly huge. It’s supposed to be a convenient and local experience, which I understand."
"1st time here! We came on a Sunday afternoon while in the area at Ross. We didn’t know what the market meant in Macy’s so we decided to stop inside and see. To us it seemed to be a smaller version of a regular Macy’s. Tons of parking available. Wasn’t busy at all. Was very clean inside and outside. ToysRus is located inside, towards the back, too."
