"UPDATE: I must say I was not happy with the hiccups with this initial purchase but I will say my lil raggedy work truck is a beast! I lovingly call my truck Hank and he has been reliable and durable. I've had 2 of my friend-girls, borrow him when their cars put them down and Hank was there to save the day. Cold Air, Hot Heat, and an exterior that makes folk get back! I am changing my start rating because of this and its right to give ALL the information when you have it. I was told that Hank would serve me well and so far he has. Purchased a truck on 10/6/22 that was represented as having no frame damage and would only need an alignment. Took truck the same day to get an alignment and was told that it needed angle arms and that the frame was bent making it a hazard to drive. Returned the car the next day, the manager John, assured me I would get a full refund. Dan is now refusing."

"Keep in mind that you're getting cars that are going to need maintenance because they're used/older cars and need TLC.. Mine had some dents and a few small rust spots, but I wanted an early 2000s honda civic because I loved my previous 03 civic (definition of reliable). They had a 2004 civic on the lot and I thought it was meant to be! I'm not disappointed with the car & it runs great! I'm truly happy with the purchase. I will give this review my full transparency and say it did have the check engine light come on 5 days after getting it.. I got the code for a O2 sensor & they got it taken care of, no problem. There is a new development to this story as of today.. I went to get it titled and registered, come to find out an emissions inspection wasn't done. Which has been an inconvenience.. I could speculate why I didn't receive it, but at this point it really doesn't matter. If you really just need a car in a pinch, and don't mind possibly jumping through a couple hoops to get there, I do suggest Indy Motorsports. I would just be a cautious buyer; make sure you get the safety and emissions (because st. Charles still requires both).. and definitely take the car back to them if you experience any issues in the first 30 days. I trust this car to last me 5+ years if I take good care of it. I got it at a good price, too."

"Recently I took my car here for a detail job. ( ten years ago I brought one here and it was sensational!) I was charged $130. I only had time for a quick inspection at time of pick up. Now that I have someone coming to look at the car today I give it a thorough inspection. The car had only been washed and vacuumed ( and poorly at that) . Not waxed. Not shampooed. I spent a half hour of my own time getting in the nooks and crannies that should have been done. The back seats hadn't even been moved to vacuum under them . This was barley a $20 effort. I will NOT take any other cars here again ."

"I was in serious need of a car detail and came across Indy Motorsports during my online search. They were fairly close to home and when I called they were able to get me in the very next day. (the day of as well if I wanted) I brought my car by about 9:30am- I made a few special requests and they said they would call when finished. I got a call around 3:00pm saying it was ready to be picked up. When I showed up they walked me through the work on the car. It was immaculate. The crew was super friendly and funny to talk to. They have a very clean and beautiful establishment. I would highly recommend them for any car detailing. Their prices are very reasonable as well."
