"I ordered glasses for work. My work paperwork is about 2ft from my face and my computer is around 4ft away. I was able to order glasses in the past that meets my work setup. They told me to rearrange my office to accommodate the glasses they made where the paperwork is 18 inches and the computer is 2ft away. That’s impossible with my work setup. I know it’s possible to get glasses to meet my needs but they aren’t willing to work with the unusual. Very disappointed. I purchased 3 pairs of glasses and will be returning all of them! I found another office that was happy to accommodate my needs. Very frustrating that Optical Options wasn't willing to even try. Staff was NOT helpful."
