"(2/27/24 edit below) Management is through the roof awful. Or maybe they are good? I dunno, front lady won't let us find out. Person in the front is blunt, unhelpful and straight up lies to you in most cases. Coming from someone who knew the previous front desk person, this is an absolute insult to anyone who leases here. If you want answers, you HAVE to call overhead to corporate to get any sort of help or proper assistance. As for the manager. I'm always hearing how busy she is from this front desk person, apparently too busy to set up an official meeting to get ANYTHING done. Your payment change? Car registration? Can't be dont by this front desk person. If they can, they make sure they don't. But they also won't let you talk to anyone higher than her. See the cycle? Don't lease here. (2/27/2024 edit) There are a number of 5 star reviews recently that are fraudulent. In the past 2 weeks people related to the company have been glazing their own review page, these are false and frankly spineless. Sarah Fleming and Rachelle being two of them. This company clearly has no morals on how to uphold their company, or to train/remove troublesome employees. If this wasn't obvious enough, I would advise against speaking to or associating to this company or properties.. Response edit: I see I got the copy paste response. Very nice. Fortunately for me, I won't make the same mistake of renting here again. Unfortunately for you, there won't be a next time to improve on. When people come in for help and assistance on simple things, they expect fair treatment. This gross negligence is scarring from renters like me, and is a red flag for wannabe renters."

"If the pictures haven’t sold you on how astonishing this complex is, please allow me to start a spark in your heart for them! Now for starters, they simply don’t have enough parking for their residents… you’ll be stuck using handicapped spaces, guest parking or finding a spot 2 miles away from your unit. If that doesn’t sweeten the deal don’t let me forget to mention that they will tow you on a DIME and won’t bother calling you (it’ll run you $250-350). Got guests coming? Don’t forget to have them sign up on our guest portal or they’ll be towed in >20 minutes. Now the real cherry on top is the fact that they DO NOT SALT their sidewalks, parking lots, entrances or exits (I was in 2 accidents, same day, in our parking lot because of untreated black ice, plowing is scarce too) Now, as much as I’d LOOOOOOVE to drag every aspect of this complex through the mud I have to concede and admit that their maintenance team is mad chill. They’re usually expedient, personable and punctual. Continuing on, they’ve managed to waste everyone’s time by opting into a pool rather than on-site laundry BUT most units have hookups. I will admit the complex is generally well kept, looks pretty good and is family friendly BUT let me enlighten you on unit sizes. I rent a 2b 2ba unit and god what a waste of $1,110.. there aren’t any overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms or in the living room and if you’re living with another grown person they better have dwarfism, because the 2x2 is built for parents and a child. I genuinely feel horrible about stuffing my roommate into the other bedroom (barely fits a king bed). Both bathrooms are nice though. Last and assuredly least is the leasing office… I’d like to start off by saying Sarah Flemming is incompetent and I hate her. She’s the equivalent of an automated response and won’t interact with you like a human being, got an issue and need to call the office? Sarah has your back, she’ll answer on a dime and will keep you guessing at what she said because she whispers and mumbles into the phone until you give up and just come into the office just for her to hit you with “Well, if you listened to what I said on the phone… XYZ” In summary living at Fieldstone Apartments is like finding a Gucci bag at a thrift store… it looks nice and is “reasonably” priced but when you open it up all you’re gonna find is a cold stale rank pile of dookie that you’re stuck living with for a year."

"I rented here for 3 years and every apartment complex has their issues but I will say the management and maintenance staff are great and very helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend and rent here again"

"Front desk lady extremely rude and unfriendly. Not a welcoming feeling in the slightest. Also pulls out in front of people in her golf cart while driving through the complex. Maintenance does an exceptional job for everything..super professional and friendly"
