"Older, basic, but clean and well-maintained apartments at a fair price for Johnson County. Impeccable service, especially with respect to snow/ice removal during the last couple rough winters. No issues at all during my time there, and highly recommend Clairborne Court!"

"I think this is a great starter place. My boyfriend and I moved here about 8 months ago. We have the 1 bedroom and it’s worth the price, especially with water included. Pros: - Affordable rent - Water included in rent -we have never run out of hot water -maintenance done in timely manner -no bugs- routine pest control - Warms and cools quickly - pool - Grilling area - ample parking - All new washers and dryers!!! - They just fixed the parking lot -wall color is like buttercream so it’s not a boring white cons: - don’t let you keep a plant stand outside your door- or anything -Don’t allow pets anymore - No online rent pay - but they do give you a few days to get your check in - Don’t keep packages for you - A/C unit can be costly- but is effective - walls are a little thin so every once in a while someone screams for a football game and we can sometimes hear people playing music - people just throw their cigarette butts anywhere they please- management tries to enforce no littering - No storage for linens or pantry :( All in all we love living here Update: some of the apartments are being renovated and we switched to a 2 bedroom and it’s really nice. Also I think they are allowing pets again now."

"I've lived here for over 3 years with no problems in a 2 bedroom at an affordable price. Leasing office and maintenance do a great job taking care of any issues that might come up as maintenance is on call 24/7. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of privacy. There's also an on-site laundry room and pool well maintained"
