"They never answer the phone or return your call ever. It's very upsetting when you pay rent and take care of your place and no one is available to help."

"The people at that front desk need to step down if they don’t want to do their jobs. They never respond, they are always super rude for no reason and I’ve seen that multiple times. They don’t know how to handle money. Two separate friends have lived there and both have had their own problems with “management”. They are super short staffed which they never do anything about and are never in the office when they say they are. Didn’t want to name names but the meanest one there who has been a problem every time I’ve been in there’s name is letia kinney who I believe is the assistant manager. Super unprofessional almost every time I’ve been up there."

"Office staff is extremely rude. They never answer the phone .just plain rude.i am wondering why they are being paid for being rude and never have a clue what is going on. The so called maintenance supervisor is rude, never fixes anything. Looks at it and leaves and you never see him again. He creeps around all the time looking for someone to gossip with and to tell the office . He told me he works 12 to 16 hrs a day and yet denies he is here after hours. He interjects himself into conversations that are none of his business. He never works just creeps around gossiping and spends most of his time in the office. They make all these rules and then never follow through. They have two wonderful maint men now and I am surprised they are still here. They are the only two that do anything. They are constantly doing inspections and yet nothing gets done. They have all these rules and yet there is nothing positive said. When I moved here there were no screens on the windows, stove was sparking when you turned it on. All 3 of my doors were broken. Two light switchs do not work and I have been trying for a yr to get them fixed. I had no A/C for 15 days in July when it was 100 degrees. The dishwasher backed up and stopped working and it was 3 months before that was fixed. My toilet upstairs overflowed and came through the ceiling downstairs. I am so thankful that we had maint. men that actually fixed it and did a great job. All I have heard is rehab, rehab and yet the people living here can never get anything done because of the lack of communication between the office staff and maint. I have been trying since I moved here to get my two doors fixed and two of my light switches fixed. Water is coming in through the back door when it rains and mice are coming in my front door. I have asked a number of times if I can purchase a storm door for my front door and pay to have it installed and never gotten an answer. The things that are in my upstairs room cannot be put into storage because the lock is broken on the door so they are just laying up there in the room."

"This is one of the worst places in Olathe. They charge the same amount as a decent apartment complex even though it’s far from that. The amenities are of the poorest quality and everything breaks easily such as pipes and flooding issues, don’t even bother asking help from the maintenance. Not to mention the safety of the area and the constant shootings every now and then. This is a place you don’t even want to consider living since they also add random fees to your rent balance out of nowhere. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.- Shawn Dear"

"Would like to take a moment here. There is a lot of truth to a majority of these reviews. Multiple owners endless staff. Phones never answered or return calls. Increases in rent in multiple. However.. Today 9-21-23. There is the start off a remarkably different complex. The place who is paid to run this and the staff here. Finally .. Are doing things. Clarion park as a clean as they almost 5 yrs I have been here. They finally thru many mistakes , realized you cant run clarion on 2 maintenance men. Not even close. The staff in the office ding better job than the past 4 combined. Yes I m the past recently. Tremendous amount of problems. But there is a change going on here. A real positive. Do not go back on your world dalmark. You have the grant. . months behind on remodel. Now there is multiple maintenance. Every other complex answers in hours or next day. A must here. Not 4 months. What a great job suddenly clarion park staff and dalmark have done together. I believe in this community somewhat now."
