"Disappointed. I have no issues sharing my advice, and I hope it is taken into consideration. Never tell clients, when you start the conversation that the mediation holds little ground. You give the dominate parent the understanding that if they don't want to cooperate, it's okay, and that defeats the purpose. Once my son's mother heard that she didn't have to agree, she disagreed with every statement thereafter. 2hrs of meditation killed in 24 minutes. Sad, sad, but hey. It's life. Everything can't be about a check. Sometimes people really need your help. There are father's with no record, and no vices that need your assistance. Help them. That is all."

"UPDATE! THEY ARE NOT EVEN LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I feel like I was completely scammed by this company. I am a single mother of a 4 year old. I am currently not working at this moment so my son and I are living off of what we get in child support. As you can imagine money is very tight for us. We paid $400 and were under the impression that we would receive 2 hours of mediation and that the paperwork would be filed for us considering that is the option that we choose when we filled out our intake papers. The mediator showed up a half our late. Our mediation was only an hour long. At the end we were asked how we were planning to file our paperwork. I said I thought they were supposed to do that for us. She said she had someone in her office that could do that for $1,000 retainer fee. That is more than some lawyers fee. We went this route to save money not pay more since we agreed on everything and didn't think lawyers were necessary. I called March Mediation to figure out what was going on. I spoke with Dawns who was extremely rude to me. I asked her why our paperwork wouldn't be filed through them. She explained because we didn't have an active custody case that we didn't qualify. We were never notified that we didn't qualify. I think that needs to be done because that certainly would have changed our minds using them. Also why would you pay for mediation to file in an active custody case if you are already spending money on a lawyer. Doesn't make sense to me. So I told Dawn I didn't understand and she replied "I just explained it to you" in a very nasty tone. The point of this is to save your money and use it for a lawyer because that is what you are going to have to do anyway. I hope they enjoy taking $400 dollars away from my son. I wish I could give 0 stars. DAWN actually said more rude things to me that I will be contacting others organizations about."
