"Very helpful staff!! My wife went in to purchase a shirt, the one she found (the only one left) did not have a tag. The cashier was wonderful on taking the time to try and find the price. When she couldn’t, she called the manager for help on the situation. What he did was exceptional! It just goes to prove that patience does pay off. Thank Liberty staff!"

"Every time I try to buy any sort of gym or exercise equipment here, either no one will come help or when someone finally does come over they have zero idea what items cost or what’s available. Can’t test anything either because all the floor models are broken. When asking for help, the employees will just keep pushing you off on someone else. It’s as if the employees genuinely don’t want you buying anything. The store moto should be “I don’t know”"

"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I know they must have been understaffed because it took me about 2 hours to purchase a gun and leave the store. The process seemed very slow and I had to wait a long time for staff to walk me to the checkout line and then walk me to the car where they had to put the gun in the backseat. But otherwise it was a solid trip and they were helpful."

"I went to your store in Liberty Missouri on Sunday afternoon. I wanted to buy some gun accessories for a Christmas present. The line was so long and there were only 2 people at the counter that after a half hour wait. I decided to wait till Monday after work. On Monday the line was just as long, but only 1 man behind the counter. I took my business elsewhere. Sales are good. Put people there to collect the money or lose out on it."

"We bought a couple of kayaks and life jackets during their 20% sale. Great quality items at a price that could not be beat. It did take a little while to get one of The kayaks to the store, like a couple weeks, but I know there's a shortage of supply out there. Well worth the wait."
