"Waste of time stopping here. Each plumbing item I was looking for was out of stock or not even carried. Didn't have 1 single employee ask if i needed help locating anything or when I walked past a group of employees near the registers when i left empty handed, ask if I found everything ok."

"Sutherlands selling products that are not what they're supposed to be went to pick up a sliding glass door for a customer the door was to be a croft not a reliable.its a $200 dollar difference asked why a different door , supervisor said reliable had argon gas and better Glass he took it upon his self to switch it without notifying my customer mind you I've already picked up the sliding door and delivered it to my customer unloaded it"

"Needed a sheet of treated plywood. Two trips to Lxxxs and Hxxe Dxxxt resulted in total frustration. One trip to Sutherlands and the results were wonderful. The treated was cut to our specifications, the gentleman to did the cutting was exceptional. What a pleasure to be treated so well. Thank you."

"Went to purchase flowers and as hard it is was to find any that were taken care of we proceeded to check out. The young lady who was at the checkout when walked in who looked sour my husband make a point to say hello to her. We found a few flowers then went to check out and with the same young lady we made a friendly hello to her as we approach she continues with no smile or conversation as to how to give her the flowers in our cart after I ask. At that point we left our items there and went to Lowe’s and spent 100 dollars on beautiful flowers. I prefer to keep my business in Liberty and the sad part is this is not the first time we have been treated less than customer like here."

"Normally I like this place been going here for many years, but tonight the main older lady I see at register all the time was disrespectful and ignored everyone. Teenage kid at reg 2 light was on had a line of about 5 customers, reg 2 light on but both employees were at other counter talking to a guy, the kid says I'm backed up, and the older woman In front of everyone says "we're busy deal with it". Seriously embarrassing the employee in front of everyone. 1 customer said something, she didn't care. Lost my respect and my business. I support local but if that's how u treat not only customers but your employees, nope I won't shop there. I work in customer service and the first rule is customer courtesy, you don't ignore customers. And you don't treat others that way, especially in front of people."
