"Friendly service, always clean and good food. The Jamacian jerk turkey sandwich is the best. Turkey bacon ranch and the club are good too. Prices are perfect and I like the option to round up to help support the purchase of safety equipment for firefighters."

"The atmosphere was nothing more than table after table of people waiting for their food. It was hot and steamy inside. The service was fine other than waiting longer than I would at a sit down restaurant. The food was good which is why I went there."

"I ordered ahead at this store. My intention was to pick up my walmart order and then swing by here and then head home. Needless to say WALMART dropped the ball and had me wait an hour and a half to bring my groceries out. The staff at Firehouse called when I didn't show up to get my food, when I explained the situation and said we would be there shortly the staff member said she didn't feel comfortable giving us the meal that had been sitting for now an hour and said she would be making our food fresh. I was completely prepared to eat the hour old sandwiches because it was not at all the staff at firehouse fault. But they turned my afternoon around just by offering the fresh sandwichs. They even apologized which wasnt even their responsibility. Great customer service! Thank you guys so much!"

"Very disappointed in FireHouse subs especially since I come here a lot. I got a reward for my birthday and when I went online to place my order it wasn’t showing up anymore. I called the store to ask how long the rewards are good for and they said 7 days so I was well within that time. My birthday is 12/30 and I went in 1/1. I ask on the phone if they could still honor it since it hasn’t been 7 days and I could show my ID and they said yes. I drove up there and the lady behind the counter which was not nice at all wouldn’t honor the discount even though they told me on the phone they would and the fact that it hadn’t been 7 days yet either. So I left and I doubt that I will be coming back. Seems like a money hungry business that you can’t even honor a discount you offer."

"I ordered lunch for my staff as we were short handed. When I brought everyone's food back all 3 orders were incorrect and the Dessert Bundle was missing. I called as we could not run back over at this point. I was advised that we should have grabbed the desserts on our own and we should not have expected them to put the 3 brownies in the bag. There was nothing they could do for the messed up sandwiches. This was all per Gregory the store manager. Due to the poor customer service and the lack of them fixing their error we will not order from this firehouse again."
