"I lived here for 4.5 years. I am very skeptical of landlords, especially corporate ones, but they really went out of their way to be respectful and work with me to solve issues I was having. The only real time I had any notable trouble was their maintenance request time went down a little bit during the pandemic, but _never_ for anything that was urgent. It was only preventative or routine maintenance issues that slowed down, but they always got done eventually and were communicative so I have no issue there. I only moved because I got a really awesome opportunity elsewhere. I wish I could take these folks with me to some degree, because I felt a profound security and trust by the end of my time there. Definitely recommend. If I ever move back to this area, I'll be quick to come back here."

The grounds exuded a sense of care, adorned with treasures aplenty, and in my wanderings, I encountered a denizen who shared tales of bliss. Though destiny led me elsewhere, I extol this sanctuary based on my fleeting glimpse. Should the stars align and my journey shift, Somerset Oaks shall reside in my thoughts as a future haven."

"Lived here for a total of 6-1/2 years. 3 yrs with my ex and 3-1/2 in my own place! Staff was always just plain rude!!! People kept parking in front of my garage, making me late for work. Mgmt wouldn't do anything about it! The people next door would leave their crying, barking howling dog at home. Again, Mgmt and staff wouldn't do anything about it. All of the appliances were rusty in spots and completely outdated!!! I will never again rent from Price Brothers. Just horrible mgmt all around!"

"Somerset oaks is truly a luxury apartment complex. They have extra high 9 ft ceilings and beautiful interiors and exteriors. The grounds are excellently maintained and with the plentiful trees and the brick worked into the architecture it is quite beautiful. Being between 119th and Santa Fe make it extremely convenient to get to any business you could think of. It is a quiet and well maintained apartment complex, I am extremely pleased with it."

"My family has lived here for about a year and a half and have been very happy with our experience. I have rented a variety of places in several cities throughout my life, and I can easily say this is one of the nicest places I've rented. The staff is friendly to my family and pets, and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. We recently moved to a bigger unit within this same complex, and they made the process of switching to a different unit so easy. Gene even helped my husband and I move a heavy dresser with his dolly, which was so appreciated. We look forward to living here for several more years."
