"I let their phone ring for 10 mins straight hoping someone would eventually hear it and answer me but I got nothing. Tracking number for a 600lb shipment is not updating for days and I was told it might be at this location. Can’t even get ahold of anyone there."

"Hell im going to give them a 2 stars cause i got to laugh my butt off at this team that came into this closed down pilot fuel stop and was trying to scale there truck ... The driver stood out there pushing and pushing the button for the scale on the com system for a good 10 minutes ... You can clearly look at this place and see its all boarded up and closed and yhat its not open for business ... But it just shows the. Quality of drivers this company hires cause yhey dont pay attention to what around them..."

"Scheduled a delivery for a customer. TForce scheduled 6 different delivery times, all of which no one showed up. TForce billed our company $125 for the non delivery. We filed a complaint with their company for billing and no delivery and were told the amount would be removed from the account. We now have a $125.00 collection with 3 different collection companies for $125.00."

"This company is terrible. I received a freight quote and paid the freight quote when dropping off the item at their terminal. 6 months later they sent us a $560 bill. I called and told them I paid it and have proof. They said they took care of it. Now we have a collections notice. If I had known they were going to be like this I’d have hauled the skid to Springfield myself."

"Ordered a play set which was shipped via this company. Got a call from them asking if a semi truck can fit down my road (it can’t but anything smaller can). Asked if I could come pick up the 1000 lb 8ft long package. I can’t. Then they said it would be returned to the play set company. Aren’t delivery companies supposed to, I dunno, deliver things?"
