"So this review is NOT towards the store workers at all. I've had nothing but good experiences out of the actual store. THIS is for the CALL CENTER. The agents in the call center are disgustingly RUDE. I was hung up on several times, and all of the agents had a HORRIBLE tone and thats what led me to want a refund! I was inquiring about where my order was and every single rep had TERRIBLE service. If you hate your job, find a new one?!"

"I received my pizza and it had all slid to one side. I stopped delivery driver to show him and he blamed it on the store. Called the store and the young lady was very rude and continued to talk in circles instead of ACTUALLY helping. It’s sad that people don’t want to actually do their job efficiently. Although, the mistake was made on Pizza Huts behalf no one took accountability. You have a lost a customer!"
"Absolutely foul food. Waited 2 hours to get it delivered and I only live a couple miles away. Called multiple times and said “waiting for DoorDash driver” came finally and all the food was cardboard and DISGUSTING. Not worth almost $50"
