"This was a pretty disappointing interaction. They were busy and they didn't handle it well as they were running way behind. We eventually got our pizza home but it wasn't edible (it was not cooked trough). I cannot recommend this location."

"The location has gone down hill since starting this whole contract with Door dash. Tonight was my second bad experience ordering delivery from here. My food arrived 15 minutes after the estimated time given. The driver picked up my order 45 minutes before I received it and my food was lukewarm. The wings I received weren't sauced properly either. Normally I do pick up orders but my family is sick. It will not be utilizing this service again. After spending nearly $90 on food, delivery, and tip, I would hope to receive quality service and especially after being a loyal customer of this location for 5 years. Get it together."

"There was about 10 people before me waiting for pizza and no one at register. When i got my pizza and cheesestick i was checking if everything is right but my cheesestick was completely damaged and before i say anytbing to pizza hut employee she left backside again now im waiting to explain them but no one is coming out side there was some more people behind me waiting so i left thinking its ok i will not eat cheesestick i still have pizza but when i went home and checked pizza, its uncut not even fully cooked. Very oily .I through everything in tresh. I order pizza from you every week but from last 2-3 time your service is getting bad ."
