"Literally 3 times I’ve placed an order, and they all 3 was wrong, I always order the big family dinner box each time I didn’t say anything the first time I let it go. The 2nd time the order was ice cold! Now tonight I got the box and one pizza was supposed to be ONLY SAUSAGE AND ONION! I’m allergic to mushroom and little and behold both pizzas had mushroom. And when I say my food was ice cold it was COLD. Then I was told by customer service that the whole order would be replaced. Now they are telling me I will only get a credit of 16.00 this will be the last time we order from this place. Then I’m sent to the store and the man who answered the phone was BEYOND RUDE! I will be calling corporate and I’ll never ever order from this place again. They was wanting the food back that was sent ice cold I mean for one that’s gross why the hell would you take the food out of someone’s house? So you can serve it to someone else! This is WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!"
"Had to call in over 8 times to try to place my order. I gave my order was placed on hold and was put back in the ordering que. I finally just drove there. My order was never placed and waited 20 minutes for my pizza. The customer service person inside was very nice and apologized, but it wasn't her fault.pizza huts ordering system has changed and it sucks!"
