"This company is a scam. My husband and I have had the worse shipping experience imaginable. We were told that our boxes and bikes would be picked up by a LincTech partner company at our residence. We confirmed with a sales woman named Michelle that we did not have to put our boxes on pallets and that we should leave our bikes as is. When the truck arrived, the driver refused to take our items because they were not on pallets and shrink wrapped. My husband and I were forced to rent a car, drive our boxes to the partner company all before they closed at 5pm on Friday. When we arrived, the partner company told us it was absolutely ridiculous that LincTech would advise us to leave our bikes unboxed. As a result, we had to pay $400 dollars to take the bikes with us on our international flight. LincTech at first refused to amend our invoice to remove the bikes and home delivery fee. Eventually, they removed the bike cost but are now claiming there was never a home delivery fee even though the same sales woman told us it would be cheaper to drive our boxes to their partner company. They also INCREASED the cost of our boxes claiming the two pallets we put the boxes on OURSELVES cost $70 dollars. This is a company that will tell you whatever it takes to get your money. They do not care about customer service, they do not care about doing business with integrity, they do not care about being honest. They will find a way to make up increased cost to make up for their mistakes and milk ever possible dollar out of you. Save yourself and your sanity and find another company."

"I used this company last in 2019. But these people really need to think seriously about their customer relations. Calls are NEVER answered. Texts are NEVER responded to! How do they expect to do business this way? They are almost trying to rival the hopeless Kenyan civil service in customer disregard."
